Location Decisions.

These are the three locations am mainly going to use on my video for 'Do I Wanna Know?'. I have chosen the first of the three as this was my initial plan from the very first time i decided to do an Arctic Monkeys' song and this was the original scenery i started designing from in my storyboard which i will release on to my blog in the next two days, either Sunday or Monday at the latest. This is so itll be ready for my deadline on tuesday and so my research and planning part of the coursework is available to my teachers. i have zoomed into the part on the right as i feel like this is key image from my original screenshot and this is the main screenshot from the very first time i began designing my storyboard and it includes a walkway leading towards the upper left hand side of the zoomed in image which is where i plan to actually film a little chunk of the product.

This is a highly requested part of my storyboard by the people i sent out my questionnaire to and these people are the demographic that the genre of music is tailored to and so i am very interested in the feedback i recieved and i enjoy listening to ideas from around me that are other peoples opinions as it gives me a wider opportunity when it comes to the filming in a week or so. This location is nearer the top of Portishead and is mainly a car park with various garages that people own from around the area it is an ideal place to shoot part of my video and offers a rural background which isnt of top class and can be seen by some people as dirty and slightly rundown.

My third and final key location to shoot my film is at the marina which has been more developed since this bird's eye shot was taken. this was also requested from the results of my questionnaire and would be a good place to film at due to the places around the pictured area. The part that i have zoomed in at could be a decent place to finish how ever i am struck between finishing at quite a high class finish or a lower class finish and this is shown in the last couple parts of my storyboard as i have two alternative endings available to me. the final location is a personal favourite as it ranges from building work, to boats, a restaurant, a small greasy cafe and higher priced properties which with such a range would contrast well with the genre of Arctic Monkeys and the style of props and clothing worn.
